WHY WE ARE A LEARNING ORGANIZATION?

Our founder says ‘’a voluntary service well done is the best humanitarian act’’ so we strive to attain excellence in our service delivery to people in need. Ideally, every individual in the organization, regardless of position or length of service, is committed to being better tomorrow than they are today-through learning. We believe that whoever, whatever and wherever you are is not enough for personal growth and development. However, we aspire to go far beyond or where we are today. We are committed to continual improving of every facet of our organization.

CHIF GHANA IMPACT

CHIF GHANA’S IMPACT Since the inception (2017), CHIF Ghana has partnered with about 50 schools in 42 rural communities within 4 Districts in Ghana. CHIF Ghana has built 5-year track record of advancing especially rural educational excellence and equity within our serving communities in Ghana. Through the support of about 500 hardworking volunteers, our service has contributed quality education access and equity to about 15000 deprived children in our serving communities regardless of their economic background.
With about 500 alumni and members almost all the tertiary institutions in Ghana and abroad. Our network now includes more than 500 alumni teachers, over 50 and advocacy leaders; 60 social entrepreneurs.
